Cheer Foundations is our course for coaches aiming to teach athletes between 3-6 years of age. This course is a great introduction for coaches ready to tackle the younger age range to set them up for disciplines such as cheer, dance and gymnastics. The focus of this course is STUNT and TUMBLE - safely teaching the fundamentals of lifting and flipping. This course consists of 2 parts: digital content which can be accessed online (along with a digital quiz), followed by a Zoom course to walk you through the required skills and drills. A copy of the Foundations book will be sent to you via mail.

Adult coaches receive a full coaching qualification. Junior coaches (limited spots) receive a certificate and Junior Coach T-Shirt.
